How We Started
Mark Polack has had a vision to support Africa and make a real difference in the lives of African people for many years. He previously worked for a South African company, and presently travels to Nigeria, Ghana, Ivory Coast and 3-4 times a year whilst developing distribution of his health and natural fertiliser products.
Over this time period he has seen various UK, European and US charities promote ‘supporting Africa’ and raising money to support Africa. His desire was to be personally involved with supporting African initiatives directly.
The ethos behind ‘Changing African Lives’ charitable foundation is ‘Lets make positive change’.
Our Objective
We aim to work directly with individuals, villages, chiefs, hospitals in Africa to make a real difference in the lives of individuals. We plan to put sustainable initiatives in place which will include setting up vocational teaching classes, farming support, and skilling individuals up so that they can support themselves. It is expected that we will work with universities and hospitals and direct their resources directly to the places where they can provide the most benefit. ‘Changing African Lives’ charitable foundation will be open to take donations from UK organisations and individuals and has already had talks with an organisation that supplies school desks and furniture to Africa and the Caribbean. Regular funds are also donated from Smart Organic Solutions Ltd so that we do not have to totally depend on donations.
Empowering Children
Empowering children through education, healthcare, and protection, we strive to create a nurturing environment where every child can thrive and reach their full potential. Join us in making a lasting impact on the lives of children in need.

Power of Education
We believe in the transformative power of education and are committed to ensuring access to quality education for all. Through our initiatives, we strive
to empower individuals, bridge educational gaps, and build a brighter future for generations to come.
Promoting Inclusivity
Our organization is dedicated to promoting inclusivity and advocating for the rights and well-being of individuals with disabilities. Through our initiatives, we strive to create an inclusive society where every person, regardless of their abilities, can live a fulfilling and empowered life
Changing African Lives Foundation
Established by individuals from the diaspora, for people on the continent of Africa. We focus on identifying projects that we can support in different African countries. In DRC and South Africa we have provided water for local communities. The 360 Learning Centre in Jamestown Accra, Ghana is the first project that we are fully funding and supporting directly, with 30-50 children attending daily. We are also presently working with Doctors supporting children and adults in Kenya who have been born with a ‘cleft-lip’ and also support a women’s refuge in Lagos Nigeria that cares for vulnerable women and women recovering from abuse.
